Limited — Fruity Yummy Mummy ran from 1987 to 1992 and has come back exactly once, for the 2013 Halloween season, before vanishing again in 2014. The three surviving monster cereals still return every autumn. This one does not.

General Mills' fifth monster: a fruit cereal with marshmallow bits fronted by a mummy in multicolored bandages, created largely to give Fruit Brute's recipe a second run under a friendlier face. It got five years.

🧾 One more thingFor Halloween 2013, General Mills resurrected both Fruity Yummy Mummy and Frute Brute, putting all five monster cereals on shelves at the same time for the first and only occasion in the line's history. The reunion lasted a single season; by 2014 both revived monsters were gone again.
