Yes — Giggles was discontinued in 1990 after 5 years on shelves, and it has not come back.

A sandwich cookie with a grinning face stamped through the wafer and two fillings — fudge and vanilla — sharing one cookie. The ads of kids laughing uncontrollably were meant to be joyful; they read differently now.

🧾 One more thingGiggles was Nabisco's Americanized take on a British biscuit called Happy Faces, and the filling peeking through the face's cutout eyes gave some cookies what Mental Floss described as pupils. 'More creepy than cute' is the consensus autopsy.
