Coca-Cola Life
by Coca-Cola
Gone — Coca-Cola Life left US and UK shelves in 2017 and the last remaining markets were cleared out by 2020. Coca-Cola has given no sign of a return, and the green cans now turn up mainly on collectors' shelves.
A green-labeled Coke sweetened with cane sugar and stevia leaf, aimed squarely at the drinker who wanted the real thing with a third fewer calories. It turned out almost nobody was shopping for a compromise.
🧾 One more thingAfter five years of development it launched in Argentina and Chile in 2013 and went nationwide in the US on November 4, 2014. In Britain it collapsed almost as fast as Coke Zero Sugar grew: Life's sales fell by roughly 73% in a year while Zero's rose by about 81%.
